Dear Svetlana, it is a great pleasure to have you as a Mentor and learn more tools and get experiences from you. It would be nice to get to know the possible vectors of work in case the half of students really do not have devices and access to online tools at home. What can we do for them than?
Dear Emma, in such a case you can split the students in groups. And share the tasks among them. Some students could be responsible for the content and others that have access to different devices could do the technical part of the work. This way everybody will be involved in the work
Svetlana, there is a question that tortures us for a longet period of time. It refers to our Skype classes. I noticed that some of our students feel a little embarrased while answering the questions. And for some of them more time is needed to fulfill the given exercises or tasks. Is it proper form our part, as teachers, to work as facilitators and to monitor and offer a piece of help while they are getting ready for the assignments you are giving them?
